We are a very experienced and trustworthy team from sales and customer service through to repro, print, finishing and despatch. Whether dealing with clients, suppliers or colleagues we operate with the maximum efficiency and the minimum of fuss. We love to offer and listen to alternatives if it means there are better ways to produce your print and we’ll always show you savings where we can make them.
From receipt of a specification a quotation will be calculated. Upon approval, our works instruction is automatically generated. This also passes on the technical details to repro to speed up production of proofs. Our hi-res proofs are calibrated to our presses at ISO 12647 colour management standard.
It’s rare when things go wrong and we’re bitterly disappointed if they do, but you can rest assured that we’re swift to put them right. We do not let our customers down.
We have a delivery monitoring system where via a plasma TV screen in our office we can track all deliveries. Our drivers text in upon delivery and we can automatically e-mail you the signatory and time of arrival. We understand how important on-time delivery is to you and this system demonstrates our transparency.
All we expect from you are clear and concise instructions. We can cope with almost all artwork formats, PDFs are best and we’re on hand to offer any help and advice you might need.
Quality :
We operate to ISO9001 and our own QUIDS system. We don’t have a dedicated Quality Controller as we’re all proud of the work we produce and understand that we are all responsible for quality.
We’ve developed our own QUIDS system (Quality Indicators, Discoveries and Spots). Through this, we are all encouraged to be open and raise all items, no matter how small; where we could have improved, where we did well and where we had a near miss. These are reported back and we look at ways of improving for next time.
Our presses run to ISO12647 colour management standards via our image control software. Sheets are scanned for colour accuracy before running and then at fixed intervals throughout the run. Colour accuracy reports can be produced at the end of the run to demonstrate colour consistency.
Our finishing kit is the most modern and efficient around giving consistent and accurate finishing time after time.
Using IT in the Print Process :
Print is changing, yes we still use ink and water to produce high quality print but the speed at which we can communicate, organise and produce has been revolutionised by IT.
ESP takes every opportunity to streamline its customer service and manufacturing by using the latest software available or developing its own software to improve and enhance its service to clients.
