Health and Safety Policy Statement

We believe that good health and safety performance is integral to our business success and are committed to eliminating hazards and reducing health and safety risks at work. We will comply fully with health and safety legislation and with other requirements as necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of our employees and others who may be affected by our work activities.

Senior management will actively promote a positive health and safety culture and seek to establish performance standards with the aim of achieving continual improvement. The decisions we take will be proportionate and risk-based, taking account of the contexts in which we operate and in consultation with the employees who do the work.

For the purposes of this policy and all supporting documentation, "ESP" refers to ESP Colour Limited (including trading as ESP Smile) and Jafre Limited trading as Interprint, which together form part of Handel Group Limited.

Our Operations

We operate across three sites in Swindon, Wiltshire, through ESP. These sites include lithographic and digital print production, large format fabrication, finishing, and despatch operations. We are committed to protecting people at all our locations and ensuring that our production processes and work environments reflect the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Whilst senior management retain overall responsibility and accountability for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health, roles and responsibilities for health and safety will be defined within job descriptions and individuals at each level of the organisation shall assume responsibility for those aspects over which they have control.

We will provide support and adequate resources to ensure that:

• Health and safety is adequately assessed and managed.
• Individuals are encouraged to participate in matters affecting health and safety.
• Our policy is clearly communicated within the organisation and to others we work with.
• We secure the commitment of all stakeholders, including contractors who act on our behalf, for its effective implementation.

Training and Empowerment

Employees will have adequate information, instruction and training to safely carry out their work and be empowered to act where necessary to minimise risk to their own and others' health and safety.

Policy Review

Annual management review of this policy and the arrangements for its implementation will ensure its continuing relevance and effectiveness and any amendments will be clearly communicated to all who need to know. Our Health and Safety Policy is available on request to those who are interested parties.
